You are welcome to email or ring me on the contact details above. I will offer you an initial meeting, in which we can begin to discuss what brings you to counselling, what you are hoping for, and you could ask me any questions you may have. This meeting usually lasts around an hour. If you are happy to continue coming, following meetings would then normally take place on a weekly basis, each lasting 50 minutes.
Fees are £50 per session but concessions are also available if you are on a low income, a student or unemployed - do feel free to ask. Your fee will be discussed and agreed at the initial meeting.
Staple Gardens is just off the top part of Winchester High Street, close to all amenities and to the train station. Parking is available in the nearby Tower Street car park, or in other car parks in town.
