Counselling offers you the space to focus on your needs and concerns for as long as is needed, in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Your relationship with your counsellor will be unique, unlike relationships with family or friends. Together you and your counsellor can explore whatever is important to you, hopefully freeing you to move forwards as you desire.
Everyone faces difficulties in their lives; too often people suffer in silence, stay stuck or feel generally hopeless. Perhaps surprisingly, when faced in the right environment, our difficulties can become a source of change and growth.
