You are welcome to email or ring me on the contact details above. I will offer you an initial meeting, in which you may begin to say why you wish to come to counselling, and ask any questions about how we might work together. This meeting could last from 60-90 minutes. If you are happy to continue coming, following meetings would then normally take place on a weekly basis, each lasting 50 minutes.
Fees are £45 per session but concessions are also available if you are on a low income, a student or unemployed - do feel free to ask. Your fee will be discussed and agreed at the initial meeting.
Staple Gardens is just off the top part of Winchester High Street, close to all amenities and to the train station. Parking is available in the nearby Tower Street car park; or in other car parks in town.
